Player Preparation Checklist

Prepare for LOCKBOX using the current official Rules & Requirements. Confirm any event updates before traveling.

  • Current event waiver on file with the hosting field, including any applicable minor or guardian forms.
  • Faction-compliant headgear, shirt and pants; review approved ASC and PCF uniform patterns before packing.
  • Purpose-built airsoft replica(s) ready for inspection and chronograph testing; external-air regulators require an approved tournament lock or equivalent.
  • Biodegradable (BIO) BBs only.
  • Appropriate protective eyewear; review official safety rules and staff requirements.
  • Red dead rag with at least 50 square inches of visible material.
  • For Saturday low-light operations: clear-lens full-seal ANSI-rated eye protection, flashlight and red illuminated hit marker.
  • Bring supplies appropriate for your personal needs, breaks and weather conditions.

Arrival & Check-In

  1. Arrive during the posted gate-open and check-in period.
  2. Complete event check-in and confirm your waiver is on file.
  3. Present replicas for chronograph and equipment inspection.
  4. Attend the scheduled Safety & Mission Briefing.
  5. Deploy with your faction as directed by event staff.

Confirmed: Player parking, staging areas and overnight camping arrangements are available for the event.

On-arrival directions: Parking and camping instructions will be provided when players arrive at T1 Airsoft. Follow venue and event staff directions for designated areas.
