Ares Security Compact
Holds the device. ASC must contend with the discovery of its hardened facility while technicians prepare the asset for movement and future use.
Operational Intelligence Briefing — Continuation of Chapter I

ASC recovered the device. They had the means to detonate it. They did not.
Following the first Hostile Ground operation, the Ares Security Compact remained in possession of the device. Rather than detonate it, ASC forces transferred the device to a hardened regional facility known as LOCKBOX. Inside the installation, technicians began preparing the device for transport and future use.
Whatever ASC intends to do next, the device has not left the region.
The Provisional Control Force has located the facility. Its objective is direct: isolate LOCKBOX, breach the installation, and seize the device before ASC can remove it from the region.
The site is no longer merely a secure holding location. It is now the center of a contest in which possession, access and timing may determine the outcome.
Holds the device. ASC must contend with the discovery of its hardened facility while technicians prepare the asset for movement and future use.
Has found LOCKBOX. PCF intends to isolate the installation, break into it and take possession of the device before it is removed.
Controls the approaches. Mandate claims jurisdiction, imposing controlled zones, checkpoints and restricted sectors around the site. It is not choosing a winner; it intends to make every faction pay for access.
The device remains in ASC custody. PCF has identified its location. Mandate regulates access to the surrounding area. Every movement toward LOCKBOX carries a cost, and no faction can assume the others will act openly.
Further operational objectives, any special assignments, and scenario-specific intelligence will be issued through event briefings. This page provides the public situation report and does not supersede the official rules.

Chapter II: LOCKBOX // Intelligence Bulletin
Situation Report
The location of LOCKBOX is no longer secure.
The Provisional Control Force has identified the hardened facility where ASC personnel are preparing the recovered device for transport.
PCF elements are expected to attempt isolation of the installation before ASC can relocate the asset.
Meanwhile, Mandate-controlled checkpoints and restricted sectors remain in operation around the facility. Access to the area continues to fall under Mandate's claimed jurisdiction.
Intelligence Assessment
Three factions now have competing interests in the same installation.
ASC controls the device. PCF knows where it is. Mandate controls the approaches.
The question is no longer who possesses the device.
The question is who will possess it when LOCKBOX falls.
